How it Works
New Company Incorporation
We will send you a list of all the information that is required in order to complete the ‘New Company Incorporation’ form.
Submission
Once received we will review and submit the fully completed application to the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
Certificate
Once your Certificate of Incorporation is issued your new limited company is officially in existence.
Bank Account
From there you can then set up the bank account for your limited account.
Register with Revenue
We will take care of registering your company for the appropriate taxes with the Revenue Commissioners.
Company Seal
We will also arrange for the delivery of your company seal.
